2. Author and Initiator of the System Marijo Kržić is the conceptual creator and author of the fundamental principles, theory, and techniques of the NEDS system. He is responsible for the conceptualization, development, and formalization of the system. His role includes defining the key techniques (NED-Identify, NED-Shift, NED-Release, NED-Transform, etc.), as well as developing the complete educational structure, including training levels, certification of practitioners and trainers, and the creation of educational manuals and the book on NEDS.

Co-authors and Collaborators Marijo Kržić retains the right to identify and name experts who participate in the development of the system as co-authors or collaborators, depending on their contribution. Collaborators may include psychologists, therapists, neuroscientists, NLP experts, coaches, legal advisors, IT specialists, and other participants. In cases where certain collaborators make a significant contribution to the development of specific techniques, they may be recognized as "collaborators in the development of specific modules". However, the overall ownership of the system remains with Marijo Kržić, unless otherwise agreed upon through a formal legal agreement.
